Shorten Teachers' Meeting Time

We interviewed teachers at Kamakura Gakuen Junior & Senior High School, who have introduced the "LoiLoNote School Teacher Free" program to their morning teachers' meeting.

Challenges before introduction

During the morning teachers' meeting, each teacher would raise his or her hand to speak on a point to be communicated.

At the most, nearly 10 teachers would speak, which sometimes caused students to be late for homeroom.

Advantages of introduction

All teachers and staff became familiar with the tablets due to their simple operation, and all have started using them.

Since they can check their messages at any time, there are no more miscommunications or omissions.

Messages can be clearly conveyed through videos and photos, such as message videos and photos of dropped items.

Grade-level homeroom teachers are now able to spend time in the mornings talking with each other.
